Call for presenters for the Pursuit Expo 2017

The Liberty and Nor'easters chapters of APMP are holding the inaugural Pursuit Expo on November 8th and 9th at the Connecticut Convention Center. Our theme is "the how, what and why of proposals" - finding the purpose that inspires you and your clients, how to effectively communicate the message and what you can do to ensure success.

Do you possess skills and insights that can motivate, educate and inspire our Chapter members? We are actively seeking speaker nominations to present at the Pursuit Expo 2017 and invite you to share your experience and knowledge! Being chosen as a presenter provides a number of benefits:

  • Ability to share valuable knowledge with our diverse audience of pursuit professionals
  • Opportunity to build your network and personal brand
  • Ability to position yourself as an industry leader and subject matter expert

If you have an exciting topic that fits within our theme, please submit an abstract (maximum 1 page) with the following information:

  • Presenter profile, topic and target audience (i.e., beginner, intermediate, expert)
  • Have you presented on this topic before? If so, when and where?
  • What the problem or issue is that your session will address
  • How this topic ties into our theme - "the how, what and why of proposals"
  • What 3 things do you want the audience to know and do as a result of attending your session?

Abstracts will be accepted via email to heather.grill@ey.com through 5pm on April 30th. If your abstract is accepted, an invitation to participate will be sent to you on Jun 15th.
