About Us

The Nor'easters chapter of APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) provides opportunities for leadership, networking, and professional development to proposal professionals in the New England area.

Through local bimonthly meetings, APMP national events and informal updates, Nor'easters members “Get Smart, Get Known and Get Business.” Our chapter focuses on sharing knowledge, advancing professional standards, and establishing best practices in the proposal management arena. In particular the chapter is dedicated to:

  • Advancing the arts, sciences, and technology of new business acquisition in commercial and government markets

  • Promoting the professionalism of those engaged in these pursuits through the sharing of non-proprietary proposal methods, approaches, and processes

Through our affiliation with APMP, we seek to promote better business development and capture practices for our members' organizations, and to improve members' professional knowledge and skills. We serve proposal professionals in New England.

Our members are employed in the commercial and government sectors and span a variety of industries. Some of us are new to proposal development, while others are seasoned pros. All of us, however, are interested in learning the latest advances in proposal development from like-minded peers and outside consultants.
